What exactly is an AI-generated gift?+
A gift whose design didn't exist anywhere before your request. You describe an idea, an AI produces an original design from your description, and we turn it into a physical object (a 3D-printed coaster). Each gift is literally unique.
Does the AI understand cultural references and inside jokes?+
Yes, within the bounds of non-copyrighted content. For an inside joke, just describe the context (the AI doesn't know your friend group, but it can render the scene you describe).
How long between ordering and receiving?+
Production: 3-5 business days. Shipping in Europe: 2-4 days. Plan for 5-9 days total.
Can I bulk order for a wedding / bachelor party?+
Yes. From 20 units onwards we apply volume pricing. Contact us directly for a custom quote (wedding, offsite, team gift).
Do you ship outside Europe?+
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What if I don't like the result?+
You see exactly what will be printed before paying. You can regenerate as many times as you want. Once printing starts, the piece being unique can't be canceled — but we offer a free regeneration if the delivered coaster visibly differs from the preview.
Can I use a known character (Mario, Harry Potter…)?+
No. Copyrighted characters and protected brands are filtered automatically. We'll prompt you to rephrase with an original description (e.g. 'a mustachioed plumber jumping on a mushroom' instead of the name).
Is the material durable?+
Yes. We print in premium PLA that handles room-temperature heat and everyday liquids. Not dishwasher-safe but it lasts a long time in normal use.
