How does the AI generation work?+
You describe any idea in natural language. Our AI (Gemini) produces a 2D design, we vectorize it to SVG and extrude it into a 3D model. You preview the 3D render in your browser before confirming.
Can I tweak the generated design?+
Yes. You can regenerate as many times as you need, adjust extrusion depth, base color and coaster shape before placing your order.
What's the delivery time?+
Count 3 to 5 business days for 3D printing, plus shipping (2-4 days within metropolitan France, longer for international).
Can I bulk order for weddings or corporate gifts?+
Yes. From 20 units onwards we apply volume pricing. Contact us directly for a custom quote (weddings, offsites, branded goodies).
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship across Europe and to most non-EU countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What if I'm not happy with the final result?+
You see exactly what will be printed before paying. Once payment is confirmed and printing starts, the piece being unique we can't cancel it — but we offer a free regeneration if the delivered coaster visibly differs from your preview.
